Meet our Hygienists !
Deb
Deb became a member of our hygiene team in 2023. Although she is new to our practice she is not new to dentistry! Deb has been in the field for many years after leaving her first career as a teacher. She has worked as a dental assistant, EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Assistant), teacher at a dental assisting school and hygienist. She is very passionate about educating our patients about their dental health. She keeps both her Hygiene and EFDA licenses to best serve our patients.
Lindsay
Lindsay began working in our office the summer of 2024. She has settled in so nicely in such a short time that it feels she has been here for years! Lindsay loves traveling and has been to many places all over the world. While Lindsay takes pride in being a hygienist, her favorite roll is mother to two adorable little girls!
Kelly
In the fall of 2025, Kelly joined our hygiene team. She gives credit to her mother (a retired hygienist) for leading her into this profession. Kelly provides our patients with a calm, gentle and caring touch. She enjoys spending time with family, cooking, baking and traveling.
Meet our Front Office Team!
Alexis
Alexis loves working as a dental assistant and front desk receptionist for our office. In our office she takes pride in learning about everyone's dental benefit and helps our patients maximize them as needed. Although Alexis began working with our team in 2020, she has been working in the field since 2004. She loves spending time with her husband and daughter. She also has a passion for health and nutrition.
Mindy
Mindy has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She joined our team in 2022 as our front desk coordinator and has extensive dental knowledge needed to arrange care for our patients. Mindy loves camping, crafting, sports and gardening.
Meet our Dental Assistant!
Melissa
Melissa has been our dental assistant since Dr. Risley took over the practice from her father in 2008. After 15 years of assisting Dr. Risley chairside, Melissa earned her dental license as an EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Assistant). With this license she expanded her role in our office by being able to place dental fillings, temporize teeth, place sealants, polish teeth and give fluoride treatments. Melissa enjoys scrapbooking, camping, kayaking, arts and crafts, and spending time with her family. Melissa loves seeing all our patients and watching the families grow over the years.
