Insurances
The dental plan you receive from your employer is a benefit which serves as a partial reimbursement for dental work. The amount of the premium paid to your benefits company will determine the reimbursement.
As a courtesy, our office prepares and submits all claims for you to ensure that you receive your maximum benefit assistance. Should your benefit company have any questions regarding your claims we will submit any required documentation.
